Job Description :
• We are conducting Walk-in interviews for engineering requirements at Bangalore on 9th & 10th February 2013 (Saturday & Sunday).
STRESS ANALYSIS :
• 1 to 8 years of theoretical and practical knowledge in aircraft structural analysis with good exposure to composite design & analysis.
• Hands on experience in finite element tools like ABAQUS, ANSYS, NASTRAN, PATRAN and FEMAP.
• Knowledge in using MATHCAD and EXCELL would be an added advantage.
CATIA V5 - DESIGN ENGINEER / SR. DESIGN ENGINEER :
• 1 to 4 years of experience in Aerospace Component Design using Catia V5 basic, should be good in drawing reading, GD&T, Tubing.
CATIA V5 - TEAM LEAD / PROJECT LEAD
• 5-8 years experience in Catia
• Should have Team & Project Leading skills with Good theoretical and practical knowledge in aircraft structural design with good exposure to composite design.
• Hands on experience in finite element tools like Catia V4,Catia V5, Catia V6, ENOVIA, COMPOSITE, SHEET METAL MODULES OF CATIA.
• Knowledge in using MS Office.
• Added advantage for those worked on Airbus, Boeing and Bombardiar processes.
PRO/E :
• 5-8 years of experience in Pro-E Sheet metal modeling, Part/Assembly modeling with Skeleton and detailing.
• Should have good knowledge in manufacturing processes.
• Should have good knowledge in ASME drafting standards and GD&T.
• Familiarization with Windchill PLM will be an added advantage.
AUTODESK INVENTOR :
• Should have 5-10 years of experience in Autodesk Inventor Part/Assembly modeling, Multi-Body modeling and Detailing.
• Good understanding of Part, assembly, detailing with excellent engineering knowledge and manufacturing processes.
• Aircraft Interior monument design experience (like Galleys, Stowages and Lavatories) will be an added advantage.
• Should be willing to travel to onsite (New Zealand or US) based on the customer requirements
• Should have excellent communication skills and should be able to guide the team technically.
Qualification for above requirements : B.Tech / M.Tech
