Qualification/ Required skills Any Diploma, UG, Any Degree ** Any Bachelor"s degree or Diploma (12+3 or 12+2). ** Must have basic system knowledge to operate the application. ** Pleasing personality ** Should be able to speak in English and Tamil ***Engineering and PG candidates are not eligible*** ***Only Male candidates can apply for this job*** Role Profile for Customer care executive Customer care executive Understand customer needs and demonstrate the products (mobile handsets, accessories or any other Value added services) using dummy / live handsets or catalog. Empha on saleable features, USP and benefits of the products to the customer. Discuss with the customer and based on the situation, up-sells, cross sells and quotes correct prices. Billing executive Obtain customer details and generate a bill in the system Collect payment from the customer (Cash / Credit card / Debit card) Tally the physical stock with the stock record on a daily basis Physical reconciliation of sales invoice vs. cash at hand and credit card invoices |
