Technosoft is hiring Desktop Support Engineers (Level 2/3) we are looking for people who can join us in a very short span of time. Mentioned below the JD:
• Install, configure of windows 2000 / XP/7 as well 2000 / 2003 Server Environment
• Responsible of managing users Laptop/Desktop within SLA.
• McAfee Antivirus enterprise support on user/server systems.
• Good Installation and configuration of printers.
• Understanding of Ticketing and Remote connect tools
• Managing & maintaining File Server, Ghost cast Server & application server.
• Troubleshooting MS outlook problems and create personal folder for users.
