Testers :

Experience : 4 – 6 Years

Skills Required :
• Excellent knowledge in Manual Testing with SQL
• Ability to analyze/understand requirements, Write test scenarios /test cases, execute test cases, Tracking bugs and ensuring quality
• Should have extensive experience in writing test cases executing test cases and ensuring quality
• Should be strong in analytical skills
• Should have experience in client interaction (onsite/offshore)
• Strong knowledge in testing process
• Should have SQL and Oracle database knowledge
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Certification in testing, experience in test automation tools will be added advantage.

Senior Testers :

Experience : 5 – 7 Years

Required Skills :
• Excellent exposure in automation and performance testing
• Should have hands on experience in Automation testing
• Strong knowledge in testing concepts & experience in manual testing
• Should have worked in testing tools like Selenium, QTP, Load Runner
• Should have experience in planning, designing, developing and maintaining a test automation environment
• Should prepare and extend/modify the automated testing framework
• Required SQL and Oracle database knowledge
• OpenSTA, Jmeter, opensource testing tools is plus
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
