1. Ability to analyze complex software design and develop use cases/test plans:
2. Understand the impact of product functionality on the end user
3. Knowledge of automation testing tools (QTP)
4. Knowledge of automation framework, functions, VB script:
5. Sound knowledge of database
6. A programming background is also highly preferred.
7. Knowledge of SDLC
8. Exposure to Microsoft products
