Desired Experience :
1 to 3 Years (Mandatory)

Job Description :
• Responsible to work on the Troubleshooting of Hardware and software.
• Candidate would be responsible to work with the U.S and U.K clients.
• Should be resposible to work in 24x7 environment.

Desired Profile :
• Candidates from the technical BPOs - working in technical processes would be considered.
• Basic technical knowledge of PCs
• Basic Knowledge of MS Outlook troubleshooting, Internet and Networking
• Basic technical knowledge of Operating systems like Windows XP
• Good verbal and written communication skills
