Requirement:

Should have strong experience in gathering requirements, analysis, preparing design documents, programming, and participating in reviews,Responsible for designing Enterprise Applications using J2EE and writing Technical Design Documents,

Should have hands on experience in customer interaction for discussing technical issues,

Should be technically proficient in Java, Struts, Spring, Seam, JSF, Design patterns (UML), OOAD, XML, Hibernate, Websphere and any database ,Technical lead candidates must have good experience to OOAD with UML.

Must have good understanding of applying design patterns.,

Should be strong in application server,

Experience in banking domain is an advantage
