Skillset
• Should have 3 – 8 years hands-on experience in .Net development including in areas such as C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, Web Services, SQL Server 2K
• Resource having experience on CMS (Interwoven, SharePoint) will be added advantage
• Experience on developing web applications is an advantage
• Experience in designing and preparing the architecture
• Should be able to gather business requirements and effectively turn into development specifications
• A technical lead candidate should be able to supervise 4- 8 members team and act as liaison between onsite and offshore
a. Should be able to interact with client technical point of contact for the discussion on the problem and solution
b. Should have experience in design activities with UML skills
• Open to work in Offshore and onsite environment
