Desired Skills -
3-5 years experience in IT work
•Has a thorough understanding of OOD and .NET framework.
•3-5 years of proven experience in using Visual Studio C#.NET and deploying C#.NET applications
•SQL Server 2005 or higher: 3-5 years proven work experience writing SQL, building SQL Server database stored procedures, views, functions
•Working experience with the following Operating Systems: Unix, Windows XP, Vista and preferably exposure in any of the Unix OS
•Experience in creating web pages using ASP.NET
•Working knowledge of IIS
•Should have experience in working with Configuration Management, Source Control, Release Management (CVS, SVN, etc) tools.
•Visual Studio based IDE development environment
•Willingness to support code after deployment.
•Willingness to code to Ericsson standards, write design documents, and support code after deployment.
Core Competencies:
Very Good English speaking and writing skills
•Strong problem solving skills and analytical ability.
•Ability to estimate effort and costs needed to perform tasks
•Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects,
•Constantly meet deadlines, and deliver with high quality.
•Ability to learn fast and work in a team environment is mandatory.
•Eagerness to share knowledge and be willing to help out in times of crisis .
•Possess an acute interest in gathering clues about problems to assist the design team in isolating problems.
•Willingness to take a proactive approach when issues are found and put in the effort required to get to the root of technical problems.
•Good communication skills, both oral and written.
•Must have a positive approach to change, the ability to understand other cultures and the ability to adapt to, benefit from and respect cultural differences.
