1) Very Strong in Core Java / J2EE fundamentals.
2) Very good analytical skills and problem solving ability a must.
3) Should have expertise in any of the two following frameworks: Spring, Hibernate, Flex, JSF, Struts.
4) Good experience with Web Services or JMS is a plus.
5) Very good communication skills.
6) Very Strong Oracle Database Skills are essential.
7) Should have Minimum of 3 years to 7 years of Experience into J2ee Development.
