Candidates applying for this job should have and be prepared to demonstrate the following skills:
* Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field. 
* Strong background in computer science fundamentals. 
* Solid experience developing Java/J2EE applications using JSP, JavaScript, AJAX, Hibernate, EJB, and JDBC. 
* Experience and knowledge of database design and development using SQL and Oracle 9i/10g. 
* Demonstrated ability to understand business requirements and design solutions based on those requirements. 
* Experience developing code deployed for use in a web application with many concurrent users and a very high transaction rate. 
* Excellent English communication skills. 
* Experience working with JSF is desired. 
* Experience developing with JBOSS and SEAM in an EJB3 environment is desired. 
* Exposure to Human Resources domain is a plus.
Responsibilities include the following:
* Product development including design, implementation, and unit testing. 
* Author design notes. 
* A delivery focused attitude with the ability to drive tasks forward and meet demanding deadlines.
