Responsibilities :
FAULT MANAGEMENT ENGINEER :
1. The L1 FM engineer is focused on finding the network faults/ outages, analyzing their root cause and fixing it.
2. Prepare Network Quality analysis
3. Incident Event reporting
4. Trouble Ticket SLA management
5. Pre Check of BSC for Software up gradation
6. Preventive maintenance to curb unplanned outages.
7. Drive timely alarms closer within Customer SLA
8. Fault analysis on network outages and drive the required corrections in the network
ALARM MONITORING ENGINEER :
1. To take full responsibility for service alarm monitoring and alarm management for all network services within the scope of work delegated by work area responsible engineer / shift leader / FO manager.
2. Ensure 1st Level service quality surveillance and alarm handling and problem escalation & restoration
3. Outage Report preparation & validation and Report circulation & analysis.
4. Ensure Trouble Ticket and work order Handling
5. Ensure handling of Change Request
