• Respond to the customer/team's requirement to work on flexible hours
• Extend the supporting hand as & when customer needs network changes on priority.
• Flexible to support customers in different time zones.
• Readiness to migrations and changes in the evenings and at weekends
Roles & Responsibilities :
• As a network engineer you will be responsible for facilitating and supporting the implementation of the customer designed solution for Shell LAN environment.
• Also handle escalations, facilitates and supports management team in the implementation of the customer designed solution for both WAN & LAN environment.
• CCNA certification required.
• Ability to lead calls, liaise with internal customers, define stakeholders from peering teams. The candidate must be able to resolve technical issues & troubleshooting on layers 1 & 2 independently. Both WAN & LAN knowledge is required.
Working Hours:
• You will support MNS clients mainly based in US therefore primary working time will be adjusted to working time in US (8:00 – 5:00 PM USA ET) with flexibility according customers' requirements. Occasional work during weekends and/or bank holidays may be required.
Required Skill set :
• Candidate will have to be willing to work in rotational shifts
