Job Description :
• Looking for good web designers who can create awesome Websites
• Overall Accountability: Must be capable of designing the UI for any website or applications or any other creative work that is required including Flash
• Must be capable of converting the design into web pages using HTML, CSS & JQuery.
• Specific Responsibilities: User Interface, Website Maintenance, New Web Page Development, Product Collateral Design, Flash Development
• Personal Attributes: Good Team Player, Must possess good communication skills

Desired Profile :
• Very good understanding of GUI design using Jquery, Javascript, Ajax, HTML, DIV controls, XHTML, CSS and Adobe Photoshop
• Creative Out of the Box Thinking
• Making Flash Animation, Banners, Intros and Websites.
• Excellent layout & design skills with eye-catching effects
• Exceptional typography, color and layout skills
• 3-5 years previous experience in planning, designing and implementing website layout would be beneficial.
• Experience in Flash, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• General understanding of Web Technologies like ASP, Ajax, JavaScript etc
• Good knowledge of designing for a programming team
• Excellent creative skills, conceptual mind and passionate about web design.
• Knowledge of Web2.0/3.0 and up to date with design trends.
• Experience of cross browser testing; Firefox, IE6, IE7, IE8, Safari, Google Chrome and Mobile Browsers.
• Experience with Mobile website design (CSS3) would be beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
