6	Essential Attributes	Strong background in the last 2 versions of .NET Strong hands on experience on the following: Silverlight, Middle tier services with focus on WCF, SQL Excellent problem solving skills and aptitude Ability to create design spec for a small-medium sized solution/ sub-system of large solution Ability to write code with minimum guidance, based on design document Ability to review code and design and factor performance, scalability etc Ability to mentor and lead a team of at least 5 developers. Take ownership of team deliverables Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
7	Desirable Attributes	Good people management skills, high result orientation, ability to work in an environment without defined processes/ scope; high levels of process orientation
