Educational Qualification
BE / B Tech / ME / M Tech / MCA / MCM /B.Sc./M.Sc. – Should have minimum 50% marks in SSC, HSC , Degree & post graduation(if any) examinations.
Primary (Essential) Technical Skills:
Primary Skill (mandatory) :Core Java, Hibernate, JDBC,EJB,XML, Oracle Pl/SQL
Sound knowledge on Web sphere applications
Knowledge on Rational Rose, Crystal Reports 10, Eclipse, J Developer 10g
Soft / Behavioral Skills:
Confident, Responsible and high Initiative; Strong business Communication and customer interaction skills; Strong in problem Solving and quick in decision making
