Job Description:-
• Should have strong business analysis and system analysis skills.
• Should be able to perform requirement analysis, feasibility study, gap analysis, impact analysis, effort estimation, planning.
• Should have good communication/interpersonal skills and should be able to coordinate with business, users, PMO, cross technical teams.
• Strong in OOAD and Solution architecture.
• Strong technical knowledge in Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, Adobe Flex, ANT, SVN, Websphere 7.0.
• Basic / Debugging knowledge in SAP R/3 ABAP will be desirable.
• Should be able to work in shifts
