* Should have strong experience developing in Silverlight 2.0 slicing edge front edge technology,thorough understanding of XAML, WPF.
* Candidates should have expertise developing in C#/ASP.NET, compliant with software architecture
* developing UI prototypes, and documenting user interface design standards and guidelines.
* Manage and improve usability standpoints and user experience
* Coding and supporting the UI (Silverlight, CSS, HTML, JavaScript etc)
