Desired Experience : 2+ Years (Mandatory)

The candidate must be :
• Ready to work in Night/Rotational Shifts.
• Excellent Communication skills a must.

Desired Skills :
• Strong understanding of Windows XP and 7 operating systems
• Microsoft Outlook/Exchange
• Microsoft SharePoint
• Active Directory
• Mac OS X and Linux are useful as well but not core

Job Description :
• This position will be responsible for supporting (L2 Level) Surya's clients on the Desktop side.
• It requires a candidate with a strong understanding of Windows XP and Windows 7 to perform advanced troubleshooting of applications and Operating system issues.
• Installing and Configuring Local Printer and Network Printer.
• Must have basic understanding of Windows domain technologies from a desktop perspective and able to troubleshoot and support Microsoft Outlook/Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint and Active Directory.
• Knowledge in Mac OS X and Linux are useful but not core requirement.
• Should be able to handle basic networking issues and apply Windows patches to all Windows Desktops and Laptops.
• They should also be able to co-ordinate with the server team for server related issues.
