Job Description	WE ARE LOOKING FOR PROFESSIONALS WHO CAN JOIN US IMMEDIATELY.   We are conducting a WALKIN on FRIDAY, 1st June, 2012 & SATURDAY, 2nd June, 2012 at PUNE.   Details of the WALKIN.   DATE - FRIDAY, 1st June, 2012 & SATURDAY, 2nd June, 2012   TIME - 9.30 am to 4.00 PM   VENUE: Marriott Hotel & Convention Centre Senapati Bapat Road, Pune.   Contact Person - Harshad Sabne   Key Accountabilities:   • Team member of the Technical Deliery SAP Portal • Provide Operational Excellence for EVO in the areas SAP Portal Administration, Portal Monitoring, NWDI, Unix and other infrastructure elements • Work with EVO Support Partner, assess operational quality, identify gaps, and manage closure of gaps in SAP portal area, including o Ensure effective Error Trend Analysis and Problem Management o Work in EVO SAP Portal team and provide missing technical and operational expertise for Major Incident Management and support EVO Support Partner to close their knowledge gaps o Provide support for Major Incident Management and ensure timely resolution o Ensure SAP functional best practices are adhered to during Incident and Problem investigation and resolution o Provide technical feasibility and appropriateness of proposed incident & problem resolutions when alternative solutions are available o Provide capability to perform incident & problem management resolution activities as appropriate in exceptional circumstances o Provide appropriate assessment of SAP OSS notes with regard to relevance for EVO Operations o Perform detailed planning & project management of implementation activities for updates & patching where required • Assess and improve Operational Procedures (including Housekeeping activities) • Perform system health audits to validate system status & report to Portal Lead
Desired Profile	Expected Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience   • 3 to 6 years of Proven SAP Portal administration expertise • Proven operational experience with SAP Portal • Operational Experience in one or more of these areas: o SAP Netweaver Portal Administration o ESS and MSS o System Landscape Directory o Single Sign On (SSO) o NWDI • Good Communication & Facilitation skills • Good Team Working Skills • Excellent analytical skills
