3. Manage and provide assistance in managing and manating accounts of strategic clients.
4. Ensure that Clients know to use the services and provide assistance if necessary.

Job Description :
• Reporting to: Technical Lead
• Location: Ahmedabad (Visit/deputation may be possible across the globe)
• Type of work: In - house
• Working hours: 9.30 am - 6.45 pm (Till the completion of tasks)
• Shift: General Shift (Monday to Saturday)2nd Saturday would be official off
• System: MS OFFICE, Windows XP or any other windows based platform
