Professional Experience :
1. Years of experience
a. for Computer Science graduates – 2.5+ years of experience b. for non-computer Science graduates – 5+ years of experience
2. Quality of experience
a. must have worked on end to end development projects – developing business application for clients (internal projects, simple applications are not relevant)
b. must have had work on a single development project for (10-12) months (random 2 to 3 months on different projects will not be considered)

Mandatory Skills : C# .Net, Sql Server, OOPS

Technical Skills :
1. Microsoft stack – hands on and deep understanding of concepts
a. .NET Framework – C#
b. SQL Server
2. Concepts – solid understanding of the foundation
a. OOPS, OOAD
b. Data Structures
c. Design Patterns (for folks with 5+ years of experience)

1. Good communication
2. Ability to take responsibility and ownership – proactive and self-starting
3. Ability to directly interface with the clients from offshore
