• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Ready to work in only Night Shifts (24x7x 365 model)
• knowledge of Networks, Servers (Windows/Linux/Unix/Solaris)
• /start/restart of a Windows system process or UNIX/Linux daemon process in association with a service incident.
• Good troubleshooting Skills
