• We are looking for candidates who have worked in Informatica for Cognizant Mumbai on Saturday February 26, 2011.

1. 2 copies of your resume along with the printout of the confirmation mail received on uploading your resume in https://careers.cognizant.com.
2. X & XII marksheets and UG & PG Degree (if applicable) Certificates.
3. Photocopy of your Passport.
4. Employment certificates (offer letters and relieving letters of all your previous employers).
5. Proof of residence (Driver's license / Electricity bill / Ration card, etc).
6. 6 passport size photographs ( 2 at the time submitting your documents for background check and 4 at the time of joining).
7. Current Employee ID card, Offer letter & last 2 months pay slip.
