- Proven track record in effectively interacting cross-functionally, with mid managers to communicate technology strategy in relevant business functionality.
- Prior experience in designing and implementing a complex database/application using full lifecycle process.
- Possess a strong understanding of relational databases, database architecture & data access tools.
- Motivated by a fast-paced, team environment.
- Ability to lead and work seamlessly with internal team as well as client.
- Experience working across international team structures and growing a developing a team, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in both a self-directed and a team environment.
