Mandatory Skills : ASP.Net, C#, VB.Net, AJAX, Web Services, SSIS, XML, Crystal Reports

Desired Skills :
• Total IT experience between 3 to 7 Years
• Minimum 2 Years of LEAD experience and to manage upto 10 member team
• Excellent communication skills and able to interact with client.
• Experts in development of enterprise applications in Web and Windows, using Microsoft Technologies - ASP.Net, C#/.NET, AJAX, WCF, MVC, XML, MS SQL 2005
• Knowledge in Setup and Deployment Packages
• Participate in Code Review of Team Members.
• Strong coding capabilities and the ability to mentor fellow team members on coding and design related issues


• Solid experience in DB Design, writing SQL stored procedures and debugging and troubleshooting


• Knowledge of SSIS and XML is a plus


• Experience with Iterative or Agile rapid delivery process (i.e., SCRUM)
• Exposure to Code Versioning Tools like VSS, Subversion etc.

Knowledge on IIS 7.0 Interact with team members and customers to define technical architecture of assigned project
• Develop High Level Design Document and detailed functional specifications.
