About the Job:
3 to 5 of experience in software development primarily developing/managing web based applications
3 to 5 of experience in software development primarily developing/managing web based applications
The individual must have a strong background in Microsoft Technologies (.Net, ASP.Net, C#, ADO.Net, Sharepoint)
Strong experience in all phases of development life cycle
Experience working with RDBMS like Oracle and/or SQL Server
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Strong collaboration and facilitation skills are required for managing development projects and activities, spanning across multiple releases by planning, tracking, monitoring the progress, status reporting with risks and mitigations.
Participating in requirement gatherings, design discussions, code reviews, and releasing to QA.
Effectively manage, and where necessary coach, direct reports and project team resources.
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
