• The person needs to
- Understand the current CitiDirect framework in a short time.
- Explain & train other team members on the framework.
- Contribute to the design & must be able to work independently on the work assaigned.
- Estimate the unit work / task assigned and complete the assigned task on time
- Prepare test scripts for testing the modules developed.
- Coding standards of the project must be followed at all times.
- Meet the quality goals set for the project.
- Review technical documents & code.
Other Skills :
- Good Communication.
- Should be self learner and must be able to pickup new technologies in short time.
- Sound analytic skills with an eye for detail.
- Should be able to take complete ownership and exhibit leadership qualities
- Should be a team player and at the same time an individual contributor.
