• Writing code, completing programming, developing and executing testing and debugging routines, and documenting work and results.
• Expert Java coding and debugging skills
• Proficiency with Web technologies, such as Struts, spring, JSP, JavaScript, Ajax, Flex and Hibernate.
• Good programming practices with solid object-oriented development experience
• Experience with handling large data volumes in a Java server environment both backend processing and web tier data management
• Good oral and written communication skills
