Job Position : Java PL/PM

Job Location : Chennai, Tamilnadu

Desired Education : Any Graduate

Desired Experience : 6 to 11 Years of Java, J2EE experience (Mandatory)

Mandatory Skills : Java, J2EE

Job Description :
• Will be able to manage, planning, requirement analysis and testing of Java/J2EE applications
• Will be able to provide technical guidance to the team
• Will be able to take leadership role in development, support and maintenance activities.
• Should be able to take additional challenges like Automation and Customer value adds.
• Meet short-term and long-term goals.
• Measure the progress against goals.

Desired Profile :
• Good understanding in Java technologies.
• Good command over the Quality processes & Estimation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in Development/Maintenance projects desirable.
• Experience in working onsite-offshore model projects.

AGE: 27- 33 years for Project Lead

AGE: 29 - 36 years for Project Manager
